Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

I recently moved and my printer is no longer working. My phone does not recognize the printer in the HP app  - and i can’t add it. I have followed all the virtual agent instructions to hold the Wi-Fi button so it restarts. I’ve tried using my IP address and holding the printer near the router. I can’t get it to connect. Can anyone help please?
