Operating System: iOS

I lost my internet connection with my HP Tango X printer so I am unable to print anything with my iPad Air (4th Generation).  Been working more or less okay the past couple of years, but now what is going on ???  Seems like a fairly simple issue, but I cannot find a fix …!  Help please ?!
