To get a better idea of the issue, could you share a little more detail?

 

Are you trying to connect via Wi-Fi, USB, or Bluetooth?

If it’s Wi-Fi, is the printer showing any error lights or messages on the HP Smart app?

Has the printer been connected to this network before, or is this the first setup?
