HP Escalation Manager not getting in touch with me. HP charged my debit card for a replacement refurbished printer they mailed me that I sent back because it is defective. They received the defective replacement printer back and have not given me my money back. This has been going on since July 3 and they keep telling me someone will be in touch and NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO ME. I don't know how to get my money back from them.
