HP Recommended

I have a Smart Tank 7305. I cannot register it in thee Community Support page or on my Smart Tank App; as the HP system does not recognise the Serial number. The Serial number contains a symbol, which I used advanced symbols to reproduce, but it is still not recognised. I have also tried to replace the symbol with a "O", an "0",  an "o" and a space, but nothing works.

any ideas?
