I'm the OP signed in with my 3rd email address. After more than a month with HP support, I'm still not seeing Print Anywhere being enabled on the printer. They even sent me a new printer (same model) for testing, claiming that there's probably a glitch in the original printer I had. (I find that really hard to believe)

After about 20 attempts to reset and re-add both printers, I finally managed to get both printers added successfully, but still NO Print Anywhere.

If indeed, Print Anywhere is supposed to be available for 2723e, is there no way to check in the backend why the feature is missing?

According to https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/ish_5098782-5098911-16,  there is supposed to be a HP+ opt-in screen (item 10 in the screenshot below), but I have not seen that at all.

The 2nd printer came with Product number 3XV17A and firmware version TCP1FN2013BR (dated 2020-03-26).

Not sure if I did the correct thing, but I updated the firmware and interestingly the product number changed

Product Number: 26K67A

Firmware Version: TCP1FN2251DR

Is the product too old? Is the firmware too old? Is there some regional product policy that prevents the feature from being enabled? Or is this a hint that I should shell out more money to buy a more expensive model to get Print Anywhere? Please let me know. I'm pretty frustrated with HP support's inability to diagnose the problem at this point.

The embedded web server still shows that it only has ePrint.

Is there a step I'm missing that prevents me from seeing the HP+ activation screen?
