Thank you for the information, it is helpful. I got a 2723e managed to add it to my HP Smart iOS app. 

I am able to see the printer online at https://www.hpsmart.com/gb/en/ucde/my-printers and ePrint works.

However, for some reason, I don't see the Print Anywhere option in the app when I click on the printer.

If Print Anywhere works as mentioned, how can I find out why it is missing and how can I enable it?

You are welcome.

ePrint is an old technology -- it is surprising you are using ePrint.  That said, if you are receiving an email confirmation at your standard email address that the job completed and the job email mentions ePrint, then "there you go".  ??

I can only answer the HP Smart Mobile question from the perspective of using iPadOS.

I am still using my old Android phone -- it's a different animal.

I have the following examples of the HP Smart Mobile Menu - iPadOS

There might be enough similarity to iOS that you can use the example as reference.

It’s not that I wanted to use ePrint but Print Anywhere is not showing up for me at all. I was really looking forward to using Print Anywhere and I’m pretty bummed that it’s not working for me.

if it helps, this is the printer’s web services screen. No mention of “Print Anywhere”.

I cannot explain it -- The way I read the documentation, ePrint is only offered on the "non-e" models of this DeskJet.

Sure, if you don't actually have the 2722e model, you are stuck with ePrint.

True - ePrint and Print Anywhere are not the same animal.

In your Original Post model listed as:

Product: Deskjet 2722e

If you listed your model correctly,

Print Anywhere is listed as supported on your printer.

You should, I think, see Print Anywhere in your Printer Settings.

Customer says he is using ePrint on a DeskJet 2722e model.

Print Anywhere is listed as supported but customer says Print Anywhere is not found in his iOS.

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.  Can try this steps on HP Smart app:

1. On the dashboard, tap on the printer icon

2.  Tap on "Print Anywhere"

3. Enable "Print Anywhere"

Hi @GreenTurtle, thanks for the tip. 

unfortunately I’m away from the printer currently so I’m not able to try it. IIRC, I did not see a “Print Anywhere” option when I selected the printer. 

with  reference to my web services screenshot above, there is no mention of “Print Anywhere”.  should “Print Anywhere” be visible even if it is disabled? 

is it possible that the service / feature might be unavailable outside of the US?

You need to be in the same area as the printer in order to see the "Print Anywhere".  This is what we see when we're outside:
