I am writing to you to exercise my rights under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and request the erasure of my personal data that your organization holds. As a data subject, I have the right to have my personal information and my account deleted in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR.

I have previously provided my personal data to your organization. However, as outlined in the GDPR, I am entitled to request the deletion of my personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected or processed, if I withdraw my consent, or if there are no legitimate grounds for retaining the data.

Therefore, I request that you erase my account and all of my personal data held by your organization without undue delay.

Please note that the erasure request extends to any backups, archives, or copies of my personal data that may exist within your systems or any third-party entities with whom you have shared my data. It is important to ensure that all traces of my personal information are permanently and securely removed from your records.

I trust that you will handle my request promptly and comply with your obligations under the GDPR. I would appreciate receiving a written confirmation once the erasure has been completed, certifying that my personal data has been deleted from your systems.
