Hi

How do I reset the EWS password?

I just changed my EWS password, and it changed successfully.

I copied the password from a Password Manager and saved the login info but now when I got to login at the EWS it says wrong info.

Is there a limit to characters or something?

I tried to reset Wi-Fi connection on the printer but now I can't set up the Printer again on the WI-Fi without EWS login,  so now I can't use my printer anymore.

Cant set up WI-fi/Printer now stuck here.

The solution for your problem. Power off the printer. Then while holding down the [X]  and [ ^] buttons on the control panel power on the printer. Release the buttons when the display is showing [ NV ]. The printer will restart. You are now reverted to factory default.

Good luck!
