Hi. I need to reset the password for my HP DeskJet Plus 4100 All-in-One Printer series Embedded Web Server as I have set a custom password but cannot remember what it is.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Restore network settings to default settings

Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

 

Connect the printer again to the WiFi network.

Login to the EWS page with the default credentials and change the password.

Username: admin

Password: "leave it blank"
