Hi @daboom2017,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Performing a super NVRAM factory reset on an HP LaserJet Pro M102w resets the printer to its factory defaults, including network settings and passwords. Here are the steps to perform this reset:
Steps to Perform Super NVRAM Factory Reset:
Turn off the Printer:
- Ensure the printer is powered on, then press the Power button to turn it off.
Simultaneously Press Two Buttons:
- Press and hold the Cancel button (X) and the Wireless button (button with the wireless icon) at the same time.
Hold Buttons Until LEDs Blink:
- Continue holding the buttons until all the LEDs on the printer control panel blink simultaneously. This may take about 5-10 seconds.
Release Buttons:
- Release both buttons simultaneously. The printer will then perform the super NVRAM factory reset. This process can take a few moments to complete.
Printer Restart:
- After the reset completes, the printer will automatically restart. Allow the printer to restart fully.
Reconfigure Settings:
- Once the printer restarts, it will be restored to its original factory settings, including network settings and passwords. You will need to set up the printer again, including reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi network.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi, With no luck this procedure hasn't worked for me. Are you saying when the printer is powered down to press the two buttons on top till both led's are blinking? Cause once the printer is off nothing happens even after pressing for 30+ seconds.
