I’ve tried all suggested ways to reset WiFi. I recently changed WiFi providers and the printer does not connect to new provider. Do I need to do a factory reset? I don’t know how to do that… help! HP M28 Laserjet printer. No touch screen

I see that your HP Printer is not connecting to the wi-fi network after changing the network provider.
Please follow the steps listed below to connect using USB cable and then change it to wireless.
Step 1: Connect using USB cable:
Please follow the steps in this document to connect the printer using the USB cable.
Step 2: Change from a USB connection to wireless:
Please follow the steps in this document to change from a USB connection to a wireless network.
