My HP 9020 is requiring admin password and no way to reset, help!

I'd like to help!

 

I understamd the printer is locked with a adminstrator passsword

 

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Kumar0307, I am having the same issue with the admin password on my 8715 officejet pro.  I’ve restored the network settings, but am still prompted to log in with the correct admin credentials - it’s not allowing me to reset the password.  Any help would be appreciated.
