Thank you. I did receive the message this time.  I have followed these steps, but am still without the default admin password.  have tried admin123, admin, <blank>, 123345678, etc.  None work

Was the semi-full reset successful?

After the reset, the printer will not request a user name and password.

 

Could you try the reset again?
