I have an HP Laserjet M110w. It randomly stopped printing. It says it can only print reports, which it does by wasting a significant amount of paper, to fix it I want to restore it to default settings: I connect to EWS but it does not accept the numbers I have under the lid. I did not change that, and it worked in the past.
I can only find ways to restore it by going to system in EWS, but I can't.
There must be a way to restore it without that, how can we do it? Like, some keyboard combo.
I couldn't find anything on HP Smart app as well, it simply sends me to the same page, asking the same user/pass combo which it does not accept.
Thank you all for your help.

Hi @Aaaasdoifhdsoif,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I’m here to help.
There should be a white label with a serial number ( probably under the toner access door) and PIN, try that PIN as a password, and leave the user blank.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi, thank you. Per my opening message, I already tried the alphanumeric combination I found under the lid, but it doesn't work (it says it's wrong). I tried it either alone in the password field, or with "admin" as username, in any case it does not work. I don't remember changing it at all, so I believe it messed itself up. Is there any other way to fully restore the device to default settings?
