Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I was late with a payment, but I have since settled the account. I can't either fax, scan, or take no further action. My printer is connected to Wi-Fi, and despite resetting the device, it remains non-functional. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and contacted technical support, following their instructions precisely, yet the issue persists. I am using an Android phone, and the service was working correctly before my ePrint account was suspended.

@Sabrina1643, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Restore HP ePrint Services!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Verify Account Status: Ensure your ePrint account is active and payments are up-to-date. Log into your HP account to confirm your account status: My HP Account.

Check Internet Connection: Make sure your printer is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network and has internet access. Try reconnecting your printer to Wi-Fi and verify the connection by printing a network configuration report.

Re-enable ePrint:

  • Access your printer's web interface.
  • Navigate to the HP Web Services or ePrint section.
  • Enable Web Services again.

Update Printer Firmware: Update your printer firmware to the latest version from the HP support site for your printer model.

Resend Fax/Print Jobs: After restoring Web Services, try resending your fax or printing jobs through the HP Smart app on your Android device.

Confirm Printer Settings: Ensure all printer settings related to ePrint are correctly configured.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
