Hello, so I currently have a problem with the Wireless configuration of the LaserJet Pro M12w. The problem is that I can't wirelessly print. I can print thru an USB cable. The printer can't find my SSID (Network Name) even though I entered it in right. I reinstalled the drivers multiple times and factory reset the printer. I also used HP Doctor and it didn't detect anything unusual.

Please note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz. Your printer now can see 2.4GHz SSID and allow you to connect\.
Regards.
