Device: Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fdw
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: We have set up the scan for network folders in the EWS for the above device. The network folder is shared and testing in the EWS is successful (with a green check mark, see also the enclosed print screen). However, when we start the network scan from the device, it takes a very long time until the message appears on the printer: "Scan not successful. Repeat process" (see attached photo).

TARGET: Scanning works successfully. PDF file is saved in the desired folder.

Gerät: Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fdw

PROBLEMESCHREIBUNG: Wir haben beim obigen Gerät im EWS den Scan für Netzwerkordner eingerichtet. Der Netzwerkordner ist freigegeben und der Test im EWS ist erfolgreich (mit grünem Hacken, siehe auch beiliegender Printscreen). Wenn wir aber vom Gerät aus den Netzwerkscan starten, dauert es sehr Lange bis die Meldung beim Drucker erscheint: "Scannen nicht erfolgreich. Vorgang wiederholen" (siehe beiliegendes Foto).
