Scan to network folder

Hi,

I have been looking at all tutorials and asked in a few Apple forums, and nobody can help. I have followed every step very carefully to setup a folder on my Mac for my printer to scan to my folder on the computer. HP has not even upgraded support for MacOS 13 Ventura that's been out for a long time now.

It's a simple as the network connection doesn't work. I attache some images to see my setup.

I am giving this a last try before I buy a new printer with another brand.

Ps. "Namn" and "min-dators_namn" is Swedish for Name and my_computers_name.
