I bought a printer secondhand. I am unable to set it up because when I go to connect it to the WiFi there is a password that I do not have. I was curious about anyway I could maybe reset the printer. It is an HP LaserJet M110we model.

Hi @amorg15 ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding setting up your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Power Cycle the Printer: Start by turning off the printer and unplugging it from the power source for about 30 seconds.
Factory Reset:
- Plug the printer back into the power source and turn it on.
- Locate the WiFi button and the "Information" button on the printer. Usually, this involves pressing and holding specific buttons for a period.
- Press and hold the WiFi button and the "Information" button simultaneously for about 3-5 seconds until the printer lights begin to blink.
Reconfigure the Network Setup:
- After resetting the printer, use the HP Smart App to set up the printer from scratch.
- Ensure your computer or mobile device is connected to the same WiFi network.
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to connect your printer to the WiFi network, providing the correct WiFi password when prompted.
Driver Installation:
- Check that the necessary drivers are installed on your computer for the HP LaserJet M110we model. You can find them on the official HP website.
I hope this helps.
