THE ALERT
"This printer provided a new security certificate or another device is impersonating it. Accept new certificate?"
Is the message I receive when trying to print from my mobile device. Even pressing Accept does not get the document printed.
Why am I getting this alert?
Any solution so I don't get the alert? can I go into settings and confirm a new certificate?
Thanks in advance - Stay safe and well

Hi,
Try generating a new self-signed certificate for the printer and check if that may help:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06447928
To access the Embedded Web Server open the HP Smart app.
If the printer is not listed, click the plus sign in the top side and follow the steps to add your printer.
Double-click the printer icon and select Advanced Settings, from there follow the steps as listed in the document.
