Sending fax from iPhone via HP DeskJet 5275

Hello dear forum. I have an HP DeskJet 5275 printer/scanner/fax all-in-one which is connected wirelessly to my home net. This allows me to print docs directly from my iPhone to this printer using built-in iPhone option "Print" (which shows me my printer) or using the HP Smart Print option (the official HP app for iOS).

Now I'm trying to find the way to fax the docs directly from my iPhone using the same printer. When I want to send a fax from my PC, I just choose the Print option in Word/AcrobatReader etc., choose the FAX HP Printer... and it's being sent as a fax.

Is there any way to send a fax from iPhone like I print it from iPhone?

Indeed the Mobile Fax option exists in my iOS application, but this is the HP service (paid, not free), which doesn't require the existence of the HP DeskJet 5275 as the faxing is being done through the HP servers.

I'm looking for the option to send it by my printer like I make it from my laptop (just instead of choosing the print option I choose the fax option).

As my iPhone can send wirelessly documents to this printer in order to be printed, why there is no the option to send it by fax instead of printing? The data is already passed to the device, so the device can either print it or send it by fax, isn't it?

You are welcome.

I think understand what you want - you want fax from your phone to work just like fax from your computer.

Research indicates the printer fax and the software do not support that ability.
