Common problems for Connectivity Issues

I can print from my phone or computer but can’t scan to email. Nothing changed that I know of so not sure why. Tried unplugging router and printer then plugging back in. Not working. 
printrr problem. Printer could not connect to web services. Might be busy not temporarily unavailable. Try again later

@Mommahube, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand the printer is not connected to the web services and you are not able to scan to email. Let us try these steps:

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

 

Restart web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

 

If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services
