Hello everyone,
I can not install my printer on wifi anymore. Printer: HP Envy 6030e. Following all recommendations and troubleshootings, the printer does not get in conections with any Pc of my office. The strange thing is, that the purple wifi light shines, which means it is in set up mode, but there is no way to connect it to my HP notebook, nore my new pc tower. Its a new problem, I work with the printer already 4 years. As I said, I have uninstalled it, I have deleted it competely from the hardware using a ccleaner as well. The HP Smart does not give a result with this problem. Could it be a hardware problem?
