Hello 

 

I posted my issue about this back in February; however, it wasn't resolved. One I failed to respond back in time and the post closed. 

 

I am still receiving a bad request error when i am trying to sign into the HP Smart App on my Iphone. My printer is the HP Envy 5055 and works fine, but would like to be able to print anywhere with my phone. Please help.

Hi,

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest HP Smart app and check for any difference.

 

Uninstalling an app:

https://support.apple.com/en-il/HT207618

 

Next, reinstall the latest version by visiting http://123.hp.com/ from your iOS device

 

If the same persists, please clarify what is your iOS version:

Good morning.

The issue still persists. I’ve uninstalled the app and attempted to login and still received the same error.

The iOS version if have is 14.6
