Hi @NBMA52,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer stopped connecting to Wi-Fi after Verizon changed your router. It's likely because the printer is still trying to connect to the old network settings. Here's how to fix it:
1. Reset the Printer’s Network Settings
This will clear the old Wi-Fi info:
- On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button together for 5 seconds until the Power light blinks.
- This restores Wi-Fi setup mode.
2. Use the HP Smart App to Reconnect
- Download or open the HP printer setup (HP app) | HP® Support on your phone or PC.
- Make sure your device is connected to the new Wi-Fi network.
- Tap “+ Add Printer” and follow the prompts to connect your printer to the new network.
3. Print a Network Configuration Page (Optional)
- Press the Information button (i) on the printer to print the page.
- It will show whether the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi and has internet access.
I hope this helps.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
