Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

Since upgrading my iPhone to iOS 17.0.3 I can no longer print wirelessly to my HP3830 OfficeJet. I have tried all the suggestions made by HP Support. When I tried to send my IP number, it says it cannot contact server. My printer's warranty ran out in 2020. Am I out of luck and need a new printer? or extend my warranty (costs more than the printer did)?
