My problem is that I installed the software for my HP Deskjet 3634 in 2019 and had no issues til recently when SmartWebPrinting.msi tried to install at StartUp and again when entering control panel. I’ve uninstalled, deleted and tried practically all suggestions I’ve seen to resolve this. I’ve updated everything on my iPad and Smart Web Printing will not uninstall. I’ve reset the PC to factory-condition by formatting the drive and reinstalling Windows 7 Pro that proved fruitless….it still tries to install. I cannot install anything new because the SmartWebPrinting appears again trying to install itself. I put a brand-new hard drive in my laptop, installed Windows 7 Pro and was again met with SmartWebPrinting trying to install. Seriously? On a brand-new hard drive? I mean, really? How is that possible and what is the solution for getting rid of this annoying feature permanently?
