Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer

Dopo aver cambiato operatore per la linea adsl di casa non riesco a connettere la stampante al nuovo router. Tutti gli altri dispositivi (pc, telefoni, tablet) sono connessi ad eccezione della stampante. L'errore riscontrato è "Connessione non riuscita. Pwd wireless non valida". Ho provato anche a modificare la password del wi-fi ma l'errore persiste. Ho poi provato a connettere la stampante tramite tasto wps del router e in questo caso l'errore è "Tentativo wps non riuscito, impossibile connettersi alla rete". La stampante non ha mai avuto problemi di questo tipo sulla precedente rete ed anche attualmente sono riuscita a connetterla ad altre reti. Contattando l'operatore non risultano però errori sulla rete e quest'ultimo mi ha suggerito di contattare HP per effettuare eventualmente un'apertura di porte sulla stampante. Chiedo quindi come sia possibile effettuare questo intervento.
