Salve ho un problema con la mia stampante ho fatto tutte le configurazioni e aggiornamenti che c'erano da fare.. tutto funziona!!

però quando vado ad aprire l'applicazione HP SMART la configurazione delle STATO non me la riconosce!! stesso problema con un'altro computer.. non so più cosa fare!!! qualcuno può aiutarmi a risolvere questo problema??
