Every time I print wirelessly, my LaserJet says it's unable to connect or printer offline. I end up resetting the printer, turning the wifi on and off and then it'll finally work after a battle. It's a pain. What am I doing wrong? What are the correct steps to take when printing wirelessly?

I recommend you connect the printer to the router and I really need to know the model of the printer.
It is likely the printer is going to sleep and when it wakes up it gets a different IP address.
There are several ways to solve this. One way is to never let the printer sleep.
The other is to log into the modem, find the printer and have the modems DHCP server provide a fixed address.
I can show you how to configure an Arris modem to provide a fixed IP address. It might work as an example if your modem is different.
