Hello,
Long story short, can't print anymore since the HP account service doesn't seem to work there.
Tried to update HP Smart, printer firmware, uninstall / reinstall HP Smart, install with Wifi, USB etc. nothing worked.
Same with HPEasyStart.
In both softwares I'm stuck with the final step : account connexion then I got an error message OW_4XX_OWSWS00001.

This drives me crazy and I lost 3 hours trying to fix that...

Ok, I tried this link and it worked : https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4152459-4016255-16

The final fix, changing the DNS servers worked :
"Repeat the previous steps to change the DNS Server addresses to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, and then click Apply."
I hope this helps and may HP include this link with the error code to save people some time...
