Hello, the printer suddenly lost connectivity and I am not able to restore it. I shut down and unplugged the system several times, to no avail. The HP Print & Scan Doctor tool asked for the printer's IP address. However, the 'Wireless Test Results' obtained from the printer stated that the IP address was 'not applicable'. There is a blinking blue light on the printer's digital display. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
