Hi.

I need to perform a super NVRAM reset on LaserJet M102w. Can you message me with details?
I need to restore it to factory default but I lost password.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device. I have sent you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
