I’ve tried the methods.  The printer hasn’t picked up the new network.  I deleted my original HPSmart App from my phone and computer.  I tried to start over.  My phone and computer can’t find the printer now even when I turn on Bluetooth and Locations.  I don’t know what to do.  Please help.

For general help for new router or printer please refer to this article in our printer database.

Please provide the exact model name of the printer for better assistance as I may be able to find videos to show how to connect or fix the problem. A printer can be a PRO or a PLUS or have the letter 'e' after the number and that can make a big difference. Some printers with the same number ID could be a LaserJet, Deskjet, or Officejet.
