Bonjour, j'ai une imprimante HP Officejet Pro 8610 et dernièrement j'ai eu un message que la tête d'impression semble manquante, n'est pas détectée ou n'est pas correctement installée. J'ai installé une nouvelle tête d'impression et le message revient, Ce qui est bizarre, l'imprimante détecte les cartouches d'encre, me donne même le niveau d'encre mais ne reconnait pas la tête d'impression. Donc, je suis incapable d'imprimer. Est-ce que quelqu'un sait comment remédier à ce problème? Merci
