I recently installed a TPLINK Deco M5 mesh system in the house (virgin media hub 3 set up as router with 3 nodes connected (1 ethernet from hub to to the main node and the other 2 connected wirelessly). When I try to connect my HP Envy 5540 via the wifi wizard, it cannot find the network. If I switch my hotspot on my iPhone, this appears in the list!
All other devices have been able to see the network and connect without issue. I've tried to add the network and password manually, but when I do this, the printer goes into meltdown and flashes an error and switches off.
Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks
Regards, Jon

@Edinburgh_jon, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The router is probably not configured in the bridge mode. This could be a NAT issue which means multiple routers are handing out IP addresses and causing a conflict. Bridge mode means the router acts as purely an access point and not a router.
I'd suggest you contact your ISP for assistance in configuring the printer on the network.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
