Two printers: 2700 and 3700. Both suck. Can’t get anything to print. It tells me the ink level and everything on the app but when I go to actually print it says no printer connected. The instructions are rubbish. I don’t have spare time to be wasting on a printer that doesn’t print. All I want is every week to be able to come to the printer, switch it on, print my document and go. While I’m at it, the HP website is also crappy. It’s confusing and the pop up that keeps telling me to download another app is annoying. I downloaded the first app and it works like an umbrella in the sea. Do not recommend and will not be buying any products from HP again. I will be telling everyone I know to never buy one of these printers for the rest of their lives. I dearly hope HP overnight gets sued, goes bankrupt and all their factories blow up with the CEO still inside. Sorry if that sounded rude but I’m fed up and these printers are making me want to kill myself. Thanks a lot 🙂

Hi @Islael,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your HP printer. There could be several reasons why it's taking so long to print, such as.
- Printer driver issues: Make sure that you have the latest printer driver installed on your computer. You can download the latest driver from the HP website.
- Connectivity issues: Check that your printer is connected to your computer or network properly. If it's a wireless printer, try resetting your router or modem.
- Low ink or toner levels: Check your printer's ink or toner levels. If they're low, replace them with new cartridges.
- Print quality settings: Adjusting print quality settings can significantly affect the time it takes to print. Try printing at a lower-quality setting to see if it speeds up the printing process.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
