I am having trouble accessing the internal URL for the printer itself, it appears as if the website does not exist. I have even done this with and without the (.) at the end as it shows on the “Enabling Automatic Updates” page that was printed by utilizing the information button and cancel button at the same time, as shown on the “Printer Information Page”. Has anyone had this issue and seen it resolved or found the issue. I feel as if I need to update my printer because it will not print certain documents from my phone, on multiple occasions.

Hi,

Please clarify your printer model to better understand any possible cause, a such will likely occur due to any network connectivity issue.

 

Additionally, is the printer connected to the network wirelessly or with an Ethernet cable?
