HP Officejet Pro 8020

The HP Officejet Pro 8020 rarely prints on the first try.  If it prints at all, it cycles endlessly before printing a page.  HP should be ashamed to make a product that works this poorly.  It seems HP's entire focus is trying to get the owner to buy ink cartridges or sign up for something. They need to put more effort on the actual  product instead of the upsell!

I see that you are facing slow printing issues with your HP Officejet Pro 8020 printer.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to install the firmware update from HP smart App.
1. Go to https://123.hp.com/ to install the HP Smart app on your mobile device (if not installed).
2. After completing the printer setup, click or tap your printer name.
NOTE: Menu names, locations, and available settings vary by printer model.
3. Under Advanced, select Printer Home Page (EWS) or Advanced Settings.
4. Click or tap Tools or Web Services.
5. Click or tap Printer Updates or Product Update, and then click or tap Check Now.
