The Wifi has been disabled on my Officejet Pro 9015 - the icon is gone too. Something happened that the wifi has been deactivated on my printer. The Wifi icon is gone on the control panel. When printing out the network configuration page under wireless it says: "You cannot use the device's wireless function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact your network administrator or the person who set up the device."

 

I set up the device and it worked just fine for months. I tried resetting to factory defaults, and while the display says it has reset them, the wifi is still off.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I understand you are not able to make changes to the wireless settings on the printer. We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
