Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

I cannot reconnect to our NEW network because my system has been locked. Keep getting this message.

”The feature has been locked by your system, administrator or the person that set up the printer”

 

Printer is old but still works fine for what I need, but can’t change the network name and connection
