Hi @Neil170

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Since your WiFi network name has changed, your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w will need to be reconnected to the new network. Here’s how you can do it:

Reset the Printer’s Network Settings

  • On the printer’s control panel, press and hold the Wireless button until the light starts blinking.
  • This will reset the network settings and allow you to set up a new connection.

Reconnect Using HP Smart

  • Open the HP Smart app on your Windows 11 device.
  • Click on Add Printer and follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to the new WiFi network.

Use WPS (If Your Router Supports It)

  • Press the WPS button on your router.
  • Then, press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until the light starts blinking.
  • The printer should automatically connect to the new network.

Manually Enter WiFi Credentials

  • If the above methods don’t work, you may need to manually enter the new WiFi name and password via the printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS).
  • To access EWS, connect the printer to your computer via USB, open a browser, and enter the printer’s IP address.

Let me know if you need more guidance!
