Sadly when i tried to reset the network setup, my printer stop showing the network setup button and now it says that the wireless function has been desactivated. I'm unable to use my printer wirelessly now. It's the same issue asm before it never was fixed.

@Raficsea, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8720. It sounds like the wireless function has been disabled, which is preventing you from setting up the printer on your new network. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Power Cycle the Printer: First, try turning off the printer and unplugging it from the power source for a few minutes. Then plug it back in and turn it on to see if this resolves the issue.
Restore Network Defaults: Access the printer's control panel menu, navigate to the "Network Setup" or "Wireless Settings," and look for an option to "Restore Network Defaults." This process will reset the wireless settings to the factory state, allowing you to attempt a setup again.
Enable Wireless Capability: Use the touchscreen control panel on your printer to enable wireless capability. Go to "Setup" or "Settings," select "Network," and find the "Wireless" menu. Ensure the wireless option is turned on.
Printer Software or HP Smart: If the wireless option is still not showing, try using the HP printer software or the HP Smart app. These applications can guide you through the setup process and may be able to enable wireless functionality.
Firmware Update: Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer model on the HP website. An update could resolve wireless connectivity issues.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
