HP Laserjet P1102w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to set up an HP LaserJet P1102w printer on a wireless network from Windows using a temporary USB connection.  After "Scanning the network for wireless credentials" I get "The printer cannot find any wireless router / access point using the SSID provided." I can't pass this point and I can't print with the device either. I tried both HPEasyStart and the specific Driver-Product Installation Software. I would appreciate any help!

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are getting printer connectivity issues, follow these steps to fix the issue.

Restore default wireless settings

1. Turn the product off.

2. Press and hold the wireless button and the cancel button, and then turn the product on.

3. Hold the buttons until all the lights blink in unison, and then release the buttons.

Follow the steps mentioned in this HP document to convert temporary USB connection to WiFi connection:- Click here

(Note: Don't connect the USB cable until prompted during the install.)

Let me know how it goes.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
