Common problems for Connectivity Issues

The printer is online, but I can't print. The computer shows that the printer is online, but when I try to print I get information that it is offline. What can I do?

I'd like to help!

 

Let's try these steps: 

 

Step 1: Check if the printer and the PC are on the same network

  • Connect your PC to the printer's WiFi direct network only.
    • click on the PC's WiFi icon and select the Printer's WiFi and connect
    • Open any document to print. go to File > print
    • make sure the correct printer is selected and print
    • If the issue persists, proceed to the next step

 

Step 2: Test the connectivity from a different device

  • At the time when you get the printer offline error, connect any other device(another PC or mobile device) to the printer's WiFi Direct network 
  • Try printing from the other device.
  • Check if it prints.
  • If the issue persists, proceed to the next step

Try updating firmware if available.
