The printer is online, but I can't print. The computer shows that the printer is online, but when I try to print I get information that it is offline. What can I do?

I'd like to help!
Let's try these steps:
Step 1: Check if the printer and the PC are on the same network
- Connect your PC to the printer's WiFi direct network only.
- click on the PC's WiFi icon and select the Printer's WiFi and connect
- Open any document to print. go to File > print
- make sure the correct printer is selected and print
- If the issue persists, proceed to the next step
Step 2: Test the connectivity from a different device
- At the time when you get the printer offline error, connect any other device(another PC or mobile device) to the printer's WiFi Direct network
- Try printing from the other device.
- Check if it prints.
- If the issue persists, proceed to the next step
Try updating firmware if available.
