The company I'm affiliated with recently replaced the 9020 jet pro's they did not want them back. The wireless feature has been disabled, is there a way to enable it?

From the Printer Control Panel:
- Touch the Wireless icon on the printer’s control panel.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Wireless Settings.
- Ensure Wireless is turned On.
Using HP Smart App:
- Download and install the HP Smart app on your mobile device or computer.
- Open the HP Smart app and add your printer.
- Go to Network Settings and follow the prompts to re-enable wireless functionality.
Using Embedded Web Server (EWS):
- Obtain the printer’s IP address from the printer’s control panel.
- Enter the IP address into your web browser to access the EWS.
- Navigate to the Network or Wireless settings and enable the wireless feature.
Using HP Print and Scan Doctor:
- Download HP Print and Scan Doctor from HP's website.
- Run the tool and follow the on-screen instructions to re-enable wireless connectivity for your printer.

Hi @A6047,
Thank you for the response.
Here’s What You Can Try to Re-Enable Wireless:
Factory Reset
Sometimes, doing a full reset restores wireless settings:
Refer to the steps on this link to restore factory defaults.
Access via USB & Embedded Web Server (EWS)
If wireless is disabled but USB is still available:
Connect the printer via USB to a PC.
Install the HP Smart App and add the printer.
Go to Settings > Printer Homepage (EWS).
Navigate to Network > Wireless > Enable.
If the toggle is greyed out or missing, it’s likely locked at the firmware level.
I hope this helps.
