Hello
I'm having issues with my HP 9025 printer. Wireless connection is no longer possible. The light doesn't turn on, and the Wireless icon doesn't appear on the touchscreen. A constant Ethernet cable message displays even though I don't have any cables connected. I need to reconfigure the wireless settings. I tried resetting, but it didn't help. I attempted to contact technical support by phone, but with no success. The line closes after a prerecorded message stating that reaching technical support is not possible.
I need help. Could you please guide me on how to repair this problem with the wireless or provide me with a phone number that works to call for assistance? Thank you.

Hi @CaDo13,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand that you're experiencing issues with your HP 9025 printer's wireless connection and are unable to reach technical support through the provided phone number. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and reconfigure the wireless settings on your printer.
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This simple step might help in resolving minor connectivity issues.
Check for Physical Connections:
- Ensure there are no physical connections, such as an Ethernet cable, plugged into the printer. This might be causing the constant Ethernet cable message.
Reset Network Settings:
- On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Wireless or Network settings.
- Look for an option to reset network settings or restore default settings. Confirm the action and allow the printer to restart.
Reconfigure Wireless Settings:
- Access the Wireless or Network settings on the printer's control panel.
- Choose the option to set up a new wireless connection.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your Wi-Fi network credentials.
Update Firmware:
- Visit the HP support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model. If so, download and install the latest firmware.
Factory Reset:
- As a last resort, you may consider performing a factory reset on the printer. This will erase all settings, including wireless configurations, so use it with caution.
- Consult your printer's manual or HP support documentation for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
After performing these steps, check if the wireless connection is restored.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

I'm still having the same issue. I did all the different steps you described but it is still not working.
The wireless light doesn't turn on, and the Wireless icon doesn't appear on the touchscreen. Looking forward to your reply.
Is there a phone number I can call for assistance ?
thank you
