All of a sudden the wireless function on my printer is not working

Personally I feel that this is a hardware issue and the actual printer is faulty. It's 9 months old and under warranty but Currys won't take it back its up to HP to sort

I've tried to resolve over the phone yesterday but was a waste of time

Have the wireless network test results that show that "the wireless radio is not functioning. Contact HP support"

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's reset the network settings on the Printer:

On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.

Once done, try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

Let me know if this helps.

Hi Betty

Thank you for your response but I'll save you all a lot of time in trying to fix this

HP have replaced the printer as it was a hardware fault so if this happens to you just print out the wireless report and contact HP if your printer is under warranty.  If its not its a new printer I'm afraid
