Hi @kzbaptista ,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

If the wireless radio on your HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 printer is turned off, here's a step-by-step guide to turning it back on:

  1. Printer Display: On the printer's control panel or display screen, navigate to the settings or setup menu. Look for an option related to wireless or network settings.

  2. Wireless Settings: Within the wireless or network settings menu, there should be an option to enable or turn on the wireless radio. Select this option.

  3. Confirm Activation: The printer may prompt you to confirm the activation or enablement of the wireless feature. Confirm your selection to turn on the wireless radio.

  4. Wireless Connection: Once the wireless radio is turned on, the printer will search for available wireless networks in the vicinity. Follow the prompts on the printer's display to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.

  5. Network Credentials: During the setup process, you might need to enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password to establish the connection.

  6. Confirmation: After entering the correct network credentials, the printer should connect to the Wi-Fi network. You might see a confirmation message on the printer's display indicating a successful connection.
